- Alexandra Chenguelly – Managing Director and Head of Value Enhancement. She will focus on origination in French-speaking Europe, as well as on the oversight of value creation initiatives within our portfolio companies. Alexandra holds an MBA from INSEAD, having previously worked in M&A at Veolia and Cemex, as well as in origination and structured trading at bp.
- Paula Otero – Senior Director and Head of Portfolio Operations. Paula will be responsible for diving excellence and operational performance across our portfolio companies. She previously worked in audit at KPMG and in global finance operations at General Dynamics’ European HQ.
- Andrea Múgica Salcedo – General Counsel. Andrea will be tasked with the oversight of all our legal, compliance, and regulatory affairs, ensuring the highest standards of governance and risk management across the firm. Andrea started her career as a corporate and M&A lawyer at Lener Asesores legales y económicos and BROSETA, and then became a Senior Legal Counsel at Plenium Partners.
